Who wouldn't be watching the camera when you're collecting an alien? I watched their video monitor and saw that the alien went back into the body. They didn't do their job.

I finally finished alien mightmare campaign :) I now have done Predator and Alien. Are you going to make Marine one? Think that's the hardest o_o

@monkeyman819 I also got lots of problems as marine soldat in nightmare. But try to download the program "Cheat engine". Open the game, and cheat engine (Hope you know, how to use it) And find the game in cheat engine. You can set speedhack to example 0.3. The game runs in slowmotion, but you still move your mouse in normal tempo. Then its lots more easy to kill Aliens before they reach you :)
