Finely mince 1 large clove of garlic and 1 spring parsley, add to bowl with 1 stick softened unsalted butter. Grate in 2-3 Tablespoons parm or romano, mix well. Salt to taste.
Halve a fresh french roll, and generously spread on butter mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 425F for about 7 minutes, or until edges turn crispy.

That looks like it would be really good with some bacon on it. Add bacon. It will be better.

WAY to much salt. That would be to much salt if the butter was unsalted (which it should be). Make the effort, use real garlic.
