1. When Israel carried out that Attack, Iraq & Iran were at WAR.

2. IRAN attacked that site a day "earlier", thou it's true the site wasn't destroyed but most hardened targets require repeated bombings anyway

3. Iran's attack on Iraq's H3 Airbase using F-4E's was far more impressive specially in terms of range

so if that's the Israeli Air Force's high point then they suck
