Aside from his uptalking in the very beginning, he's easy to listen to. No stumbling as far as I can see.

I also like how when he rejects POIs, quickly and efficiently. I've seen people who, after rejecting POIs, had to take three or four seconds to remember what they were saying.

There's my opinion on the style.

I didn't have any clue what he's presenting at first, just listen to his fast talk... Then I could catch some ideas like carbon dioxide, tax, factories transforming....

Who can explain to me what kind of debate is that please? What did they have interruption for? I'm really interested in debate things :)

I have several issues with this argument dealing this Opp. The speaker has switched topics 4 times in 4 minutes and 20 seconds. That is one minute for each topic (rounding off here). He has spoke about hybrid cars, job losses, factory implementations failing, and finally political instability. He has covered his third conjunctive order however not opposing the act. And by the way, when speaking, keep your hand down.
