  • This exercise will increase stability while strengthening your hams and glutes. But get that back foot elevated.

  • Hi, i do the same excercise, the only difference being that i place the foot of the "unused" leg on the floor. I call this excercise stationary dumbell lunges.

    Can you give me a hint on why you think this excercise is useful? Also, if you don't mind, can you tell me how heavy you go?
