She had the cape wrong side out, when she put on the cape, the tag was on the outside of the cape. So that means, the most likely soiled cape was against the child's cloths and skin. Very unprofessional.

Most excellent!!! I remember my first haircut and I am 64 years old! It scared me to death!! The woman was abrupt and obviously did not understand children. Thank you for bringing this experience out of the Stone Age. And I agree. Your voice and manner are VERY soothing. And that makes all the difference in the world. This is quite helpful, for prepping the child/client. I was looking for a "how to" on the actual cut (actually, for a boy). Title is misleading, "How to cut..." This doesn't show how to cut...
