I can't get enough of these videos! This one comes close to being in the same room while Joe plays, but I can't wait to actually be in the same room during his performance .... totally charismatic and energizing.
Yesterday was the second aniiversary of my Dad's death. I've loved this song since the first time I heard it and can't think of a better tribute to Dad than this. I miss you, Dad, and will see you in the rain (the snow today), and in the natural world that you taught me to love, every day of my life. Love you Dad, and thank you Joe.
Love this song. When we die, we live on as memories in the minds of our friends and loved ones . . . and we fall down as the rain . . .why should we need more?
This is an incredible song I heard performed by a professional musician friend in California. She shared the lyrics and told me Joe wrote this, so I found this video. Incredibly powerful song, and I will learn it to sing myself.
Just seen Joe for the first time last weekend. Bought both his CDs and am very impressed! This song is now one of my all time favorites, simple but powerful lyrics, classic folk.

I'm playing all 3 of Joe's CDs this evening and I can't get enough! As soon as you cut a 4th, Joe, I want it. Beautiful, beautiful.
