in the end you played the part after the bridge and i didn't understand how to play that part. can you write it for me? so on the b string u must play what?
i think the intro is wrong... i KNOW that the not acoustic intro isnt on both strings. u play only the high e in the intro until u get to the 14th fret and then u play the 11th on b string and the 14th on the high e at the same time. and thats after u play the 14th alone. im not trying to put u down or anythin. just sayin u missed a few notes
Just go by the inlays on your fretboard. It's in dropped D and the bar chords are always on the same frets. Most guitar tutorials will be very briefly detailed, so don't expect everything to be spelled out in most tutorials. Good luck.
i'm extremely new to guitar... as in i can't play yet lol. i know what you're talking about, but i can't do it. When you strum or you know change from the 7 to the 9 to the 11 and such, how do you make the noise? lol that sounds like a stupid question, but I seriously don't understand.
if your talking about the intro, play both the b and e string. but i did this tutorial allloooonnnngggg time ago. it's not exactly right. IWORKINBURGERKING is right about how it goes. If your talking about all the other part. you just play the first couple strings and make sure you're tuned in drop D
hmm...im pretty new too and do u mean that u get a pluck noise but no sound?mayb its bcuz ur accidentally muting the string w/ur palm or finger? for ex if u r holding down a fret on lets say the b string and ur getting a plucking noise on the e string when it should b open, try curling ur finger more u might b touching it w/out realizing it
i have a tip. for the intro melody, rather than playing the open b string when playing the fourteenth fret on the top e, play the eleventh fret aswell ( on the b string)
I Am Slightly Baffed, She Doesnt Teach It The Way Im Used 2 And i have 2 Watch It 3 Times 2 Clock It (Im Slightly Slow, Buh i have A Good memory =]) Buh Good Vids =]
no thanks... i really have no idea i figured it out myself and just played it til it sounded right to me lol..so thanks for putting the actual way on here lol
Uhm i liked the way you tought it but, sorry to say the Part were it sings "Hallelujah, well make it last forever" its 4 double-beats of 9 and 2 beats on 6 and 1 beat on 2. Sorry :)

this isn't the way that Hayley and Josh play it but it's good.
lol. if you watch the videos of hayley and josh playing guitar it's very clear that it's not in Drop D and the chords are F# B G# A# E
