Thank you for the comments. This is exactly how i instruct/coach my classes. My members are largely outdoor cyclist, mutli-sport atheletes or gym members taking their ftiness to the next level. I spend a lot of time off the bike helping participants improve performance, technique & ability. I'm there for them, not myself. This is not the video i wanted to submit, but i am not very good with social media. At this gym we have to play DVDs when we teach, i choose old Tour videos vice movies.

Nice job! Maybe too much cueing? I am guilty of the same thing. It's hard not to repeat yourself when you see students who don't "get it" so you repeat in the hopes that if you say it over again, they'll get it! Nice solid, controlled climb. Would agree with comment below; I'm not sure what the video adds if the class isn't in sync with the video. It's great to see someone who is not a maniac on the bike! Keep up the good work!

oops....I have taken Darline's classes for close to 2 years now and THIS is the way she teaches. all the time. she has ruined me for other instructors---why bother ;0)

Really good cueing of form, but perhaps too much (Unless you were doing it just for the purposes of the demo). It just seems to textbook and not authentic. I'd like to see more than what is here to see your variety, but overall it is one of the better entries. Nice job walking the room too. Video overhead seems inconsistent with the ride going on in the room though.

I think this is probably one of the better entry's. And its always a good thing to get off the bike occasionally too.
