@RenderedUnsafe The video doesn't explain very well, what you have to do is say you'll take the house and then quickly exit the conversation and store your gold in the wardrobe just before the game removes it from your inventory.

@StealthyTroll I'm pretty sure you can do this with anything similar. There is a small delay between you selecting the option and the actual transfer of items. So, when you quickly store all your gold, the transfer will occur, but it can't take any money since it's already out of your inventory.
