I love how Kings fans bitch about the non calls in game 6, look at the non calls in this game going against the Lakers! lol They want to talk about a big gap in FT's?? Lakers shot only 15 in this game, Kings shot 35.....that is a big gap to me.
@nitotech Yep, he lost like 10-15 pounds in a few days from the food poisoning. But he would manage to score 16 pts in the 4th Qrt of this game and nearly bring The Lakers back.
i dont know what ppl are still complaining about....the series so far has been great officiating, for NBA that is. bad calls, missed calls are to be expected for every game and every team. But nothing has made it so a team could win or lose based on calls so far. Game 1, 2, and 3 so far have been officiated well.
@RyZombie619 I'm not even a kings fan. I live in florida. Everyone over here was talking about how it was rigged. All the newspapers in Florida, even national newspapers and magazines. Game 6 was unanimously known as a rigged game that stole the series from Sac. Everyone knows it. 2004 Presidential candidate Ralph Nadar went on CNN talking about how this game was fixed. I have family that live just outside of LA, laker fans, they said it was fixed. The majority of ppl watching said it was fixed.
@tmitch055 many people murder people and commit suicide too, does that make it right? no. for all those people and papers you said claimed it was fixed, there were millions others that claimed it wasnt fixed. Who gives a crap about what NAder says, what the hell does he know about the NBA? The guys a damn politician, I could give a crap what he says. If Michael Jordan were to come out and say something, yeah, then maybe I'd listen. I dont hear credible people calling it fixed.
@tmitch055 The majority of ppl watching did not say it was fixed because the majority watching were Lakers and Kings fans. More Laker fans than Kings fans too, and honestly, that is an absurd statement for you to make saying the majority who watched the game didnt agree with it, oh really? how the hell do you know? did you go to everyone who watched the game and conduct a survey? Game 6 from quarters 1 to 3 favored the Kings, hands down. Sure bad calls were made in 4th too but overall
@tmitch055 the game was not favoring the Lakers. Pollard and Divac fouled out for a simple reason, well two reasons: they were trying to guard Shaq, which most ppl foul out trying, and they were committing stupid fouls like over the back, or offensive or illegal screen type of fouls, you gotta call that.
@RyZombie619 The refs called fouls all over the kings 3 man rotation. Divac, Pollard, AND webber, who didn't even guard Shaq. Webber had 5 fouls. The refs knew Divac and Pollard were the only ones that could guard Shaq. And webber would be the last ditch effort. They fouled out Divac and Pollard, then damn near fouled out the last man who had some what of a chance to guard Shaq. And they were terrible calls. Out of those 17 fouls, about 5 were actually fouls. This is coming from a So-Cal native.
@tmitch055 ooooh, so cal native, I dont give a shit if its coming from God, anyone with half a brain should be able to watch this series and see that its a normal NBA series, bad calls here and there, missed calls here and there, but good calls here and there as well. Do you know who Shaq is? If so you'd know that Divac and Pollard CANT guard Shaq and it shows in the fouls they picked up. At that time in the NBA, no one could guard Shaq and if they tried they'd get into foul trouble
@tmitch055 half the time I get the feeling that all you goons started watching the NBA at this point, you never watched anything before this series, shows how little you know about the NBA. Shaq cant be stopped by anyone at this point in his career, those that try pick up lots of fouls, its not just biased against the Kings, the entire NBA had problems trying to guard Shaq idiot, quit making this all about the Kings, wah wah wah, the Kings were picked on, wah wah, just adds to the fact the Kings
@RyZombie619 And I said i'm a so-cal native because I have season tickets to the lakers, lower bowl. But I'm not afraid to admit that game was fixed. The reason why I admit is because we're the two-time defending champs so who cares. But anyone that denies game 6 was rigged is a joke. And you would care if it came from god because god isn't real. Shaq gets everyone in foul trouble right? Like I said, we shot 27 FT's in the 4th, which would have meant over 100 FT's the entire game. -Bill Plaschke
@tmitch055 Bill Plaschke? come on the guys a tool. He picks against the Lakers on Around the Horn, this guy isnt credible. Besides, not all 27 of those were from Shaq, at least 4 were intentional fouls towards the end and also, keep in mind that the Kings shout more FT's overall by a considerable amout than the Lakers did in that series. Games 2, 3, and 5 the Kings shot many more FT's than the Lakers did. Just because the Lakers shot 27 in a quarter doesnt mean it was fixed. The kinds of fouls
@tmitch055 that were being called matters, not the amount. Look at what the calls were. Webber in all honesty should have fouled, if you deny that you are a fucking idiot. Pollard fouled out because HE COULDNT GUARD SHAQ dumb ass, everytime Shaq went up for a shot, Pollard but his hands on Shaqs arms or he would lean on him in the post, sorry, cant do all that, just because Shaq is bigger doesnt mean you can hang on him. Also, Divac comitted dumb fouls. Jumping ontop of Horry for a ball?
@RyZombie619 Plaschke was right, it was horrible reffing, the ENTIRE SERIES. On both sides too, not just for the Lakers. The Kings got the benefit of the calls the entire first 3 quarters. Also, I doubt you are a dedicated Laker fan, you wouldnt be making such anti Laker, absurd statements if you were. Nice try pal. Nothing in the game screamed fix, so nice try, fake Lakers fan.
@tmitch055 dude, you try to pass yourself off as a lakers fan yet you have favorited a video of Kobe being hit by a car???? you are a fucking moron, i hate it when ass holes like you say "oh i am a laker fan i admit it was fixed" when you are nothing of the sort and you fucking know it you little monkey fuck you.
@RyZombie619 LOL, section 119, row K, seats 13-19 baby, catch me at every Laker home game. My family's had season tickets for since 1986, which was way before you were born. I can't favorite a "joke" video of Kobe getting hit by a car? I thought it was hilarious considering it was all fun and games. I especially liked how they editor had Turiaf doing a chest bump with nobody by editing Kobe out. Are you just mad that I'm a real laker fan and you're not? Sry, no room on our bandwagon kid.
@tmitch055 LMAO!! Oh I love it when people call someone kid, lol!! Especially when you know the person is younger than you!! lmao!!! I also love it when people who are the bandwagoners call the TRUE Lakers fan who has been a fan since th 1980's a bandwagoners, LMAO!!! Go ahead, keep spewing your BS pal
@tmitch055 and their fans are just a bunch of babies. Cant handle fouls getting called on them, absurd. Learn to live with it, players pick up fouls, its part of the NBA and if you are guarding Shaq, be prepared to pick up fouls if not foul out, same goes with any great player. Look at Jordan, people trying to guard him picked up many fouls and ended up fouling out on questionable calls, explain that? Larry Bird, same thing...Kareem....Kobe......Shaq.....James....it happens with any dominant guy
@RyZombie619 Yeah, every dominant player gets fouled. Bill Plaschke of the LA Times said on Pardon the Interruption that he was there court side at game 6, then called it an abomination, the worst officiated game he'd ever seen. Then he said the lakers shot 27 free throws in the 4th quarter which would haven meant over 100 free throws the entire game if that kept up. Yeah, I'm sure Jordan, Lebron, and Kareem shot like 18 free throws a quarter..... We're talking game 6, not game 3.
OK SO FAR: some missed calls. 2:28, Shaq is fouled by Christie, no call. 2:49, Webber smacks Shaq in the face, no call. 7:11, Kobe is fouled by Divac, no call. But other than that, good officiating and the Kings are playing great ball.
The Kings were the better team that year by far. Also in 2003 - they had the same team and seemed unbeatable before Webber went down with his injury in the playoffs.
Better team? Then how come they lost? And don't blame the refs, the officials don't decide games. Lakers won Game 1 fair and square. Kings won Game 2 cuz they played well but got a lot of calls going their way. So far in Game 3, the Kings are playing better than the LAkers.
@RyZombie619 omg..... im literally sitting here laughing at my computer screen. The kings were by far a better team not just in game 3, but in the entire series, and everyone globally knew it. Except for you. even laker fans have admitted it.
@tmitch055 oh I admit they were a good team, and no, you are an ignorant fool when you say things like its globally accepeted you are full of shit, its not a fact, Laker fans don t all think the Kings were better, quit being a dumb ass. Only Kings fans are the majority who think that the series was fixed and think that the Kings were the better team, how about that? I am laughing at your ignorance. If the Kings were the better team, you'd know it, they'd have won. But now its in the past. Shame
