After 7 years of our involvement Obama had to send tens of thousand extra troops to safe the situation which was getting completely out of the control. If you haven't got the message yet - it was almost 2 years ago. 1500 US Marines were sent just last month. We used chemical called 'Agent Orange' in Vietnam. Operation 'Ranch Hand' lasted for almost 10 years. Get in touch with decent historical books and reality.

@Jospehporta Afghanistan is still a failed state. After 7 years of our involvement Obama had to send tens of thousand extra troops to safe the situation which was getting completely out of the control. If you haven't got the message yet - it was almost 2 years ago. 1500 US Marines were sent just last month. We used chemical called 'Agent Orange' in Vietnam. Operation 'Ranch Hand' lasted for almost 10 years. Get in touch with decent historical books and reality.

@HMCS1997 Are you stupid, Agent Orange was a defoliant it wasn't deployed or effective against people and wasn't a weapon. Also it was one of several defoliant agents used.
