  • The best bass sound ever.

  • First Vanden Plas song I ever heard, and still one of my favorite.

  • Só para deixar um comentário BRASILEIRO AQUI!!!!

  • This band is just amazing, they always push the limits of progressive metal to far new levels on every of their albums... I wait for The Seraphic Clockwork (their new album) to see how far they will go!!

  • does anybody have the song tosend me? i can't find it yet.

  • Brilliant prog metal band,Vanden Plas is nothing but top shelf class!

  • one of the most awesome progressive metal bands ever

  • A M A Z I N G

  • If someone told me this was a hidden track on the CD Dream theater - Falling into Infinity, I would believe it, great stuff !

  • I wish i liked the vocals more, then itd be great.

  • hell yeah!

This is the first song I've ever heard of them...

other great progressive metal bands are IMO:

    Dream Theater (of course)

    Pagan's Mind

  • i know them for 20 years, and it's a great band, i saw them with dream theater, these guys make my metal, helllllll yeahhhhhh

  • En todo momento!

  • Makes me sad that shit like Green Day's "21st Century Breakdown" wins grammys while there is still brilliant music like this being composed out there. Listening to a Vanden Plas album is like an adventure and this song is a kickass way to start it.

  • these guys are amazing. wow

  • OMG people what are you all talking about????

    Thats a great song!

  • MUAHAHA SEX HOT TITS hahaha probally really works haha 40k views hahaha

How many ppl had been RICK ROLLED ? Muahahaha

  • @demonight2 only 5 dislikes, looks like if any1 did get rolled they must have enjoyed it

  • Gosh whats with the tags?

  • The instrumental in this a corker....

  • This song is awesome. Itunes sucks, it wont let me only buy this song. Lame salad

  • The ending of this song makes me feel so complete...

  • @Melanion Dude...whoa. I know what you're gonna say, and i totally get it.

Just let me finish man! I think we only die because..we accept it as an inevitability! Hwaa, man!

  • @IamPinhead Are you saying if I don't accept death as an inevitability then I won't die? Bring on the denial!

I don't think death is a state of mind, rather the lack of :P

  • @Melanion Family Guy reference Bra'. It was the episode where Stewie and Brian head to England to see Jolly Farm Revue, but they eventually end up in Amsterdam at a hash bakery/cafe and Stewie drops that line. I repeated it because you said "it makes me feel complete," and mentally I could not help but adding "maaaan. Like, just let that heavy vibe hit you for a while. 'Cause you won't forget about it, bro. Who got the last hit on that doobie, man? Now I'm hungry."

  • @FatalyMaimed When they got Stewie as drunk as possible he just drove into a wall. It's when Brian and Stewie are stuck in Amsterdam and they get a second-hand high from the ridiculous amount of pot smoke in there. Brian interrupts Stewie with "I know what your gonna say, and I totally get it." "Jus, jus let met finish man! I think we only die because....we accept it as a inevitability!"

  • tese guys are pretty freakin sweet

    best album to start with?

  • @longhairedlarrikin

    I think Christ-0 and Beyond Daylight :)

But you probably started already ;)

  • de lo meeeeeejorrr vanden!!!

  • Vanden Plas , we love you XD, from Italy

  • nice song!!

  • Ich bin ein berliner --- I'm sorry, I know very little German. ;-) I like these guys very much --- I first heard them doing their cover of "Point Of Know Return" by Kansas, which was very good.

  • i love the vocal choir's work

  • Lässt sich doch gut hören, ich finds gut

  • these guys aren't super original, but when you just want great melodic progressive metal they fit the bill perfectly.

  • LOL BLACK PEOPLE

  • even though they are not original, they are still not a cliché, which is most important.

  • True, but if you think about it, when they formed bands that played with that style and instrumentation hadn't really emerged fully yet

  • Hahaha, nice comment YodaLN.

  • Thats German smart one =)

  • I like it.

  • Vanden Plas is awesome!!!

By the way, how do you make videos like this? With nothing but the album cover, and the song? I know a lot of underground bands that are never heard of, and I feel like uploading some.

  • Windows Movie Maker < drag song into program < Put in desired picture < Make sure it has the same length as the song itself (see bar below)

  • whoa this is fuckin epic. amazinggg

  • this song rocks and if anybody doesn't like it than kiss my ass.

  • @cailin28 That`s what I`m saying! \m/

  • What he said... brilliant song...

  • Arg, I was listening to this song on Deezer, and added this link to my YT favorites, thinking it was Beyond Daylight... But it's Nightwalker !!! Great song too, but I prefer Beyond Daylight. ^_^'

  • Best Vanden Plas' song to me. I just regret some cheap keyboards sounds, but great composition, well structured, f*cking good guitar riffs and voice melodies. And very good lyrics. Well just a monument in prog music.

  • This is a brilliant song and one of their finest. Where is the clip dude... We know Vanden Plas are brilliant OK.

  • Truly Original?

That should be Watchtower and Fates Warning.

  • This band sounds good, but I'm in search of truly original Prog Metal. Something different from the likes of Dream Theater and Symphony X. Any suggestions?

  • Pain of Salvation.

  • I agree with Pain Of Salvation

  • A.C.T

  • ACT is my favorite prog rock band, they just kill it! Sounds like queen and dreamtheater, get last epic if you can, one of the greatest cds ever.

  • Nevermore! ;)

  • Magellan!

  • Circus Maximus:)

  • @AgentEntropos Yep, they are

  • @AgentEntropos Yes they are

  • @AgentEntropos

Yes they are, they are from my hometown Kaiserslautern and great guys :-)

  • how about shadow gallery, very original and after six albums have yet to tour live!

  • yeh shadow gallery is a good one. also try porcupine tree, ayreon, riverside or opeth
