Those Pakistani and Arab Taliban destroyed the history and heritage of Afghanistan. An Afghan, no matter what ethnic group will not do this. Arabs when invading Afghanistan during pre-Islamic time also burned our literally works written by our famous philosophers. This is really sad, that these Arabs and Pakis still interfere with peace in Afghanistan.

Those Buddhist philosophical works still exist in China and Japan, because the ancient Afghans are the people who translated from Sanskrit to Chinese and taught Buddhism to the Chinese and Japanese. The ancient Afghans are still remembered and respected by Chinese and Japanese. China and Japan owes thanks to Ancient Afghans who were one of the greatest Buddhist civilization in history.
