It was a great victory for the brave men of Northern England and the tactical genius Surrey,it was also a victory for justice in an unjust war..Its a pity we Scots were not led by a professional of Surrey's stature in our medieval battles with England otherwise results may have been different.Instead we had to put up with the likes of King James IV,a self-loving,incompetent megalomaniac,who,like many of the Stewart Kings was unfit to lead the fierce fighting men of Scotland.
