I think Oogie is one of the coolest villians of all time. The idea is clever, with the whole Gambling theme and whatnot, and hes surprisingly menacing for a character who can only be described as "A sack full of bugs and maybe one or two snakes" Although his comeback to jack at the end was a little lame "You must be DOUBLE DEAD!" He is still probably the best disney, and even of all time, Villian to me.
