State of NE ignorance has cost my family $thousands to protect our 13 yr old son that was 70 mile away at a sleepover when a Farnam Town board member, Calvin Krepcik falsely accused him on purpose for revenge upon we his parents. Officer Rick Crown from Dawson County Lawenforcement lied about having a pic & Dawson County Attorney still w/no evidence drug us through expense, court, & humiliation. There need to be new laws in all states to go by COLD HARD FACTS!! STATE & LOCAL law!
This is exactly like Dawson County Attourney in Lexington, Ne. We were out several thousand dollar for trips, timeoff, and attorney fee, just everything added up really pisses me off when the States Attorney in Lexington were too ignorant to even look into this before prosecuting me for what my 13 yr old supposedly did here when he was 70 miles from here at a birthday party sleepover w/records. State & local law get by with to much & often the public are victum to their ignorance.
It should be a law all over the US that every cop(PRIVATE OR PUBLIC) has a camera going on them that they cannot turn off even if they want to all the hours on duty or working!! Then the law wouldn't protect our officers so much that are paid through our taxes and they think they sit on a pedestal at least in Dawson County LEXINGTON , Nebraska.
watch you tube (false arrest dawson county ne) 4 videos of arrest Thank God for video cameras!! I had no tresspassing or harrassing on our property! Only Dawson county didn't fire the cop or drop the case. I am out alot of $ for their practice on Calvin Krepcik in Farnam, Ne lieing to the cop about my 13 yr.old son. Take a look and give me your thoughts. Thanks!
You all need to watch Police State 2000,Police State 2,3 & 4.These documentaries cover the last 12 years of Police mistraining, also foreign troops on US soil,Black opps raids on your sherrif's stations and much much more.Turn off your idiot box turn off your xbox and spend some time investing in the future of your country before you have a totally out of control Police State.I'm sorry to see what happened to you but we have to get educated on these issues, time to grow up America!!!
@johnnyboypdq what about Brenda Snipes?? she's the one started the whole thing by having Ellen illegally arrested. if anyone is to blame it's her. i'm surprised her election win wasn't tossed out because of this
She's not the only one with this problem, I used to be spotted every time the police Gets me, some thought I was running from them, from somewhere, etc, I can't even come outside to go anywhere because of the police, it's almost if they think they own the whole damn neighborhood
There 4 supreme court justices that need to impeached and removed. It is not the fact they don’t understand the 2 amendment and how to apply it. It is the fact they swore to up hold the constitution and NOT let there own political believes guide them. It is because they failed to protect THE PEOPLE right of self protection.
I just heard the federal 9 circuit in has let a warrant less search stand. The cops did not have one of exception to search warrant requirements. So now the cops need less then hole lot less then PC to legally search your homes in lala land.
Shame on the Broward State Attorney for not dropping this right off the bat- Ellen had video tape (thank god, or she would still be in jail) proving that she was not inside the building at the time she was arrested.
Huge amounts of shame on Benda Snipes and her assistant Fred Bellis for sending Ellen to jail for exercising her RIGHTS as a citizen.
Broward is such an anti-democratic backwater sometimes!
Ellen Brodsky demonstrated great courage when she risked her safety in order to exercise her right to observe the counting of votes. Her vindication following maltreatment and incarceration is a lesson to timid citizens that is possible to prevail when defending one's constitutional rights. The state attorneys also need to be appreciated for following the law in this instance, instead of attempting to confect a case that would further punish the defendant.
Ms. Brodsky had to agree to obey the law even though she had committed no crime, and Broward county had merely to agree to obey the law even though they HAD committed several crimes (intimidation, harassment, false arrest, wasting taxpayer money with a frivolous case, and barring the public from public meetings), probably to cover up OTHER crimes (rigged elections).
Is it justice to treat habitual criminals (Broward county) and a law-abiding citizen (Ms. Brodsky) exactly the same way?
Why doesn't kohls have video tape when they take a suspect to the backroom? FALSE Arrest .. look who you hire...

I don't really consider a dismissal a victory in the purest sense. The prosecution doesn't want to risk coming under fire of its corrupt practices.

This is abuse of power by police once again. False arrest as a means to intimidate.. Same way slave-owners intimidated slaves........
