@hunterb89 often times a clownfish will 'host' in an anemone. Host basically means to sit in; or live in. the clown will actually go and basically lay down on/in the anemone.
Is that a black light? Does it bother the fish? Someone said not to keep blacklights on scorpions all the time because it can mess with their eyes. *shrugs*
@benadrylp hehe, yup, they living. they can slowly move around too, but they usually pick one spot they like and stay there for a long time. they eat pieces of fish or other meaty things in the water that cross their path and get stuck in their tenticles.
@levon60153 Thanks. If you are looking for a used tank, try ebay or craigslist, often times there are good deals on glass tanks. and if it is used, and you are worried about it possibly leaking, you can re-silicon it very cheap and easy too.
You feeding that anemone with a pair of rusty pliars...?

host?
hunterb89 4 months ago
@hunterb89 not yet. condy anemone aren't natural hosts for the clown though, so maybe in time.
earthling1984 4 months ago
@earthling1984 ... hehe i dont know what a host is
hunterb89 4 months ago
be careful with condys , they are notorious for eating fish. and unlike bubble-tip anemone condys do not have a real relationship with clown fish.
mark2109111 5 months ago
@mark2109111 yeah I know they are not natural host, just the cheapest in the store. they can host sometimes, not always. but I will keep an eye.

Wow, I didn't know anemones are living creatures. You should do a video all about anemone, this stuff is cool. Thanks for sharing.
