  • where's the part where they get high off drinking fresh babies blood?

  • And all of you who are banging on about this being devil worship ETC... the devil DOES NOT EXIST in paganism etc... infact, Christianity and Catholicsm demonised the Pagan's horned god to create 'the devil' to try and convert people, and make out how evil Paganism etc is. Along with MANY other things. It all came from old religions such as Paganism.. which is fundementally worshipping nature: the beginning and the end of everything.

  • I don't like how this whole documentary is pretty much all about these ladies just doing spells and whether they come true or not. I'm not even a follower of any type of witchcraft, paganism, etc, and I still know that it is all so much more than just getting any trivial thing you may want at that specific time.

  • WITCH = Satan Eternal Damnation,Is following Satan really worth losing your Eternal soul for? compare this short life on earth, for Eternity. Only Jesus can forgive Sin,without Him you are lost and will die in your Sins. WAKE UP,PEOPLE. I Bind every foul Spirit in Jesus Name,AMEN.

  • @ilililhy1 shut up.

  • Want that, want this, work for it instead of doing rituals. This shit reminds me of my ex always asking for easy things.

  • I would LOVE to be a part of something like this!

  • i like her music..

  • What is the name of the song at the end of the video??I like it :D

  • i wonder if a solitary witch could achieve the same results as a coven......

  • @thepixieluv4 Not to the same extend. Solitary Witches aren't able to gather the same amount of energy, therefor achieve less of an effect. This is one of the best advantages of a coven. The more, the merrier...

  • @Romulaan From my experience as a Solitary Witch I have been able to cast strong spells, heal and do plenty of divinations without working in a coven, thank you very much. Its not the rule of "the more the merrier, sucessful, e.t.c... "Its not the amount of people in the group its matter of how strong your intent is. In a group OR by your self is all boils down to puttting in what you want from it. This is, of course my opinion and if it offended you in anyway then my apologizes.

  • @thebluamoeba Well you have a very strong 'opinion'. I did not state that solitary Witches are weak and barely able to achieve any effect at all. I know the opposite is true, since I'm a solitary practitioner myself. But you cannot deny that a coven is able to collect more energy with much more ease than a solitary Witch is able to. Again, this doesn't make solitary practitioners 'powerless'.

  • @Romulaan You make your point very clear and after I looked over it I do agree. Again, I didn't mean to come off brash or narrow on this comment. I am curious about what it is like working with a coven, but my solitary practice is just fine in this moment. Thank you for the enlightenment :)

  • @thepixieluv4 Almost the same results :) My spells almost always work - If they don't I take it as a sign that I was not meant do go down that path and I look to re-word the spell or do a similar one which then does work. It's all about the amount of energy that's raised and put into the spell, so the more people focusing on a single intent the more likely it will work

  • @WillowNightingale cool!!! :D i've only done a few spells.... and i think 2 out of 5 worked :) i think i would be hesitant to join a coven, but they seem so close.. i was just wondering if the power difference was too great... thank you!! :D )O(

  • @thepixieluv4 Hello - I saw this and had to reply to you :) As someone who practiced solitary for many years before finding a coven - absolutely you can get the same results. I feel it is very important to start solitary, so you know what you want to do, what the craft means to you and what you want to get out of it. That way when it is time for you to find a coven if you wish to, then you will have a firm idea of what you want and not be mislead by the dodgy covens out there.

  • @Lola6920 thank you :3 BB )O( <3

  • @thepixieluv4 And once you reach the stage of finding a coven, read about covens - read lots of different authors too, so you get a wide idea of what coven YOU will want. I read 'The Coven' by Fiona Horne, Kate Wests book on Covens and Edain McCoy's a well - all good reads and I was able to take good info from all of them and disregard the things i didn't agree with

  • @Lola6920 oh cool!!! may i send u a friend request on here?

  • I gotta say that the UK has the best shows. Luckyyy. Thanks for posting. :)

  • good documentary. thanks for this. I liked the HP as she was very confident and didn't give off the whole new agey, crystal dazed vibe that is so prevalent in todays Wiccan community, unfortunately.

  • this was very amazing to watch..... could've done without the ouija board though. it made me feel like i was watching a ghosthunting show on TLC instead of a documentary about a religion

  • @LadyGriffinix That's because Witchcraft isn't a religion. It's a practice, and therefor it's entitled to using the Ouija Board. :)

  • @Romulaan witchcraft aka wicca /paganism is a religion

  • This is truly fascinating. Seeing how the power of magick can improve and change the lives of people who aren't even witches is so inspiring.

  • I wish it would have been explained they are working in wicca and that not all witches are wiccan.

  • @UlaLibra Yes, but the program was not about spirituality, but rather witchcraft, regardless of the flavor. Still, initially I had the same grievance and cringed a little at the ceremonial magic. I feel your pain. Overall I think the HP was great and that it was a worthy documentary.

  • I really enjoyed this documentary. For those of you who were afraid for their safety, the experienced Witch provided guidelines for their spells until the last week, so I don't believe they were in danger. Better they do these things under a watchful eye if they are going to do them. Also, for the Bible thumpers...please do us a favor and quit trolling. I'm getting really tired of trying to be polite to you people.

  • Would be really interesting to do this with loads of different faiths/religions/spiritual paths... minus the showy crap...

  • i was a skeptic then experienced it for myself.... it really does work! it definately changed my life for the better! :)

  • Great Music!!

  • Why are some parts missing?!

  • well i can sure use help like this. i just dont know where to get it in LOS ANGELES. if anyone wants to give a hand.... holler.

  • Like the music, very "chill out"...

  • I love this documentary!

  • Thanks for this, it was very interesting. I've been a witch for 11 years and it was good to see a sensible documentary on the subject.

  • o.O i've been a wiccan for years & never even heard of a coven meeting naked...

  • @KyoheiTakano It's such a common aspect though?

  • @KyoheiTakano you havent??? Thats odd meeting skyclad is VERY common. To tell the truth I think it's perfered by most covens.

  • @KyoheiTakano I've seen it in every book about witchcraft that I've ever read.....

  • It's foolish to mess with spirit communication especially with a Ouija board.

  • @EryxUK I've never had a bad experience with the ouija board.

  • @caciqiuepadilla so true

  • the bible states magick is devil worship but every christian wiccan seems to have a great life there spells still work really well so i dont think the bible is that accurate...(the bibles been proven wrong so its not accurate anyway)

  • @t1oxETy if anything the bible should worn about the hatred and cruelty of humans. we have the capacity to do so much. both good and bad. but for some reason people( in all religions) are only putting that on someone else. when we should taking the blame for our hatred and cruelty. to me thats the devil. thats the evil.

  • I wonder why the glass wont move without people putting their fingers on it? Witch craft is like any faith, if their is a chance of something happening, and you are either praying for it, producing a spell for it, or wishing for it, eventually it will happen. When it doesn't happen its because God had other plans, or the spell didn't work for whatever reason.

  • @RainMountain92 & t1oxETy; you can practice witchcraft without getting close to any deities. Now this was a Wiccan based witch project, but maybe the wiccan beliefs didn't go with her, but the the witch aspect did.

  • @RainMountain92 & t1oxETy; you can practice witchcraft without getting close to any deities. Now this was a Wiccan based witch project, but maybe the wiccan beliefs didn't go with her, but the the witch aspect did.

  • I thought that the oujia-plate was dangerous. Well it is dangerous. You can better make contact with spirits through meditating and divination.

  • @xXDarkAngelsCryXx yeah. most likely though, the spirits that answer your call will be related or have a friendship with you.

  • wow. this really makes me want to do as these women did. i've always wondered what it would be like to do a project like this.

  • its great to see that wicca has changed parts of there life but i feel as a young 'witch' the blond one was going a little bit tomuch to i wanna make my life perfect and not i wanna get closer to the god and goddess but maby we didnt see that :p

  • @t1oxETy I found that too, it seemed to be all about the spell casting and not a lot about the actual relationship with the deities or anything actually spiritual.

  • Ouji boards are so stupid. Give every participant a blindfold, and have them wear it, then record the results.

  • im sorry, but four of these six women look like they get high on a regular basis, or at least at some point in the past..... and in case u're wondering, the exception is the senior accounting manager and Sara (whose mother died)

  • I did a lot of this same stuff as a christian. (writing sins or bad habits on paper and then burning it, etc.) I called it prayer instead of spells, but looking back now I can see that it was really basically the same thing. (no Christian will admit this to you) .

Unfortunately we get so convinced in the truth of our one way and end up condemning others despite the fact that we`re all just people trying to find meaning and wholeness in life.

  • Very good Documentary. Take control over your life and explore it.

  • I was raised be both a practicing Catholic & a practicing Wicca.

was fired from MBNA in 2002 (Hunt Valley, MD) because some employees found out I was a witch; they started spreading lies/rumors about me.

DISCRIMINATION AND RACISM still exists today, even at a credit card company in the USA.

I was falsely accused of casting spells against some 19 year old, female managers, so that they would develop acne. I WOULD NEVER DO SUCH A THING.

WE LIVE BY A HIGHER CODE OF CONDUCT THAN MOST.

  • this.

  • Go fok with devil

  • Very nice...thanks for the upload. Wish they could have had a guy in there though.

  • Wowee, Mecca is one seriously lusty girl! How many passion spells is this girl casting!!!

  • u should go and enjoy adventure and find many new feelings. thats what life is about itsnt it? being seccessful and achieve vacations. why r u doing these? is it because want to believe?

  • Of course witchcraft works. However the devil does not love you. He will send his demons out to take care of your desires then those same demons will be used to torture you. God is love. The devil just wants to steal, kill, and destroy.

  • @mrsdoitallable well said you are totally right

  • @mrsdoitallable uhhh dude if you know anything about wicca then you should know that most witches, espically wiccans don't believe in satan. They believe in a goddess. Wicca is a religion and really has nothing to do with satan

  • @mrsdoitallable You do realize that the only places in the Bible where Satan is mentioned he is working for God. The evil Devil character is an invent of the Church to scare people.

  • @BlixEternal- VERY MUCH NOT TRUE. In the Old Testament, Satan is referred to in seven different books: Genesis, 1 Chronicles, Job, Psalms, Ezekiel, Isaiah, and Zechariah. In these books we find him under several different names.

Nineteen of the New Testament books refer to Satan. They include: the four gospels, Acts, Romans, 1 and 2 Corinthians, Ephesians, 1 and 2 Thessalonians, 1 and 2 Timothy, Hebrews, James, 1 and 2 John, Jude, Revelation.

  • @BlixEternal- Therefore we have a number of different authors over a sixteen hundred year period testifying to his existence. Were all of them mistaken when they wrote about this personage?

  • The Satan is described in only a few places in the Hebrew Scriptures. In every instance, he is an angel who works FOR God, not against God, and must get permission from God for everything that he does. Chronicles, Job, Psalms, and Zechariah are the only places where The Satan is mentioned. In each instance, the job description of The Satan is to act like what we now call a Prosecuting Attorney, or District Attorney, and accuse and show evidence against the defendant.

  • @BlixEternal you know that's what jews believe. if i was gonna believe in the bible i would believe like the jews

  • @lilwitch10987 Yes... and they wrote the Bible...lol. The majority of the Bible itself is plagiarism but the fact that Christian theology in the new testament doesn't match the old testament AT ALL is pretty ridiculous. If they wanted to start a new religion they should have kept the 2 books separate. I have much respect for anyone who is kind... their religion doesn't really matter to me. Don't tell me what I believe is a product of another religions evil deity though! Blessed Be! :o)

  • @mrsdoitallable Some accounts may be based on others. Word can travel very far and quite fast.

  • @mrsdoitallable Yeah I'm sure the Devil want's witches to cast a spell that protects their friends from harm. The only "evidence" of witchcraft having ANYTHING to do with Satan (which it doesn't) is in the bible which was deliberately mistranslated from Hebrew so that "POISONER" became "WITCH" ("thou shalt not suffer a poisoner to live"), claims to prove that which cannot be proven and (in the original version) didn't even contain the hellfire doctrine which preachers were preaching at the time.

  • @swordhunter12 Actually we dont read thou shalt not suffer a poisoner to live, we read let there be no poisoner amongst you.

  • Those girls are definitely not ready to form their own coven after a month.

  • the gurl waz christian !! my family is .. but im so NOT !! i wish i could do the things they did =]] ...

  • there is no christian wicca.

i know this as muslim because.

Our maker God the Most High forbids all magic

    magic equals cheating.

  • says you

  • This is indeed very skeptical.

  • @AkumaXKami

Acctually, you can. Christan Wicca is a very new thing. The Goddess is represented as Mary ((Mother of God and Queen of the Heavens- named that in Catholic beliefs))The God can be Jesus ((God gave birth to himself in the form of Jesus did he not? Just like the God does in Wicc )). The saints' names and atributes are the same as the deities ((Goddess and Saint Brighid for example.))

Many of them believe that God sent them to the earth to heal our wounds and to promote peace.

  • @sorcress18 Leave it too the christians to steal yet another religion

  • I've used spirit boards many times. They can used the same as pendulums, automatic writing, etc. Some say that you can never control what comes through the board, but I don't believe that. As with any other tool, you can keep it blessed and cleansed of negativity.

  • U_U That's a cloud.

  • It's not a UFO. It's a plane and the footage is accelerated

  • Sorry I meant, 3:56

  • @Bradulation well i saw something like a shooting star.

  • Did ANYONE notice the ufo at 3:36 ?

  • Everyone keeps mentioning Wicca...yet this documentary never once mentioned it. Just seems more like modern Witchcraft to me really. And therefore they have every right to use a ouiji board. Besides, just cast a circle and you are good to go.

  • not to be rude but wicca is a form of modern witchcraft

  • @CuteandInterested actually wicca and witchcraft are different. Wicca is the actual religion and witchcraft is the performing of spells. You can have wiccans that aren't witches and you can have witches that aren't wiccan. I'm a witch and I'm not entirely wiccan :) Blessed be and have a great day.

  • @StrawKatt oh i know they are different, but wicca as i say is a FORM of modern witchcraft, incorporating traditional witcraft concepts, and more ceremonial 'high magick'/'sorcery' ideas, such as casting a circle, which is not historically a part of witchcraft (witches originally either automatically considered space sacred or marked out a space called a Compass Round), the casting of the circle comes originally from the key of solomon the king and other grimoires of the same type...

  • @StrawKatt ...but obviously nowadays it has a lot of witchcraft in its influences, and besides, many people believe that the sorcery of ceremonial magicians eventually derives from traditional witchcraft anyway...i certainly believe that anyway! witch by heart, wiccan by practice :) x blessed be x

  • @BekahApple I totally agree, when people see such practices, they seem to assume that Wicca is automatically Witchcraft. Like you said above, theres no harm in anyone dabbling, as long as their heart is true.

  • @madlandlizard Your crazy.

  • @58fenix It may seem so perhaps, (illl assume youre referring to my beliefs), but i think youll find that all religions may seem crazy to an outsider.

  • @madlandlizard It really angers me when someone hears another person is a witch and practices witchcraft, and automatically says "Oh, you're Wiccan." It frustrates me personally because everyone that hears I'm a witch says it and when I tell them I'm not they still choose to believe I'm Wiccan.

  • @AvarwaenHorne I coudln't agree with you more. And what I find even more irritating is the fact that high-profile WITCHES such as Lorie Cabot encourage people to use the terms interchangeably because they think they know beter.

  • @AvarwaenHorne Just Curious, what is the difference between the two?

  • @bean0329 Well as an example, I'm a Green Witch and I work exclusively with herbs, and not so much with spells and the Craft. While Wiccans believe in a God and Goddess, I chose not to.

  • @AvarwaenHorne i'm sorry to hear that...and just like not all witches are wiccan, not all wiccans are witches... its just how most people just assume.... -hug- )O(

  • they should do this in america!

  • like they said be careful what you wish for!

  • @VintageBeauty1313 They do but I think it's bigger in the UK.

  • @VintageBeauty1313 WE do! Lol! Thanks for watching!

  • 5:40 Where the 18 year old thinks that you cannot do Witchcraft and be a Christian well...is wrong. The neat thing about doing Witchcraft, being a Witch, a Wiccan, or a Pagan means you can keep your beliefs and still pratice magick. Many of the hispanic witches pratice their magick through Jesus.

    )0( Blessed be )0

  • the only bad thing about that is that you don't have two equal powers to balance the energy. the god and the goddess.

  • @TheRavensCalling I'm hoping that surely you realize that Wicca is essentially the only Pagan (rather, NEO-Pagan, to be exact) religion that reveres duality? It's not discussed in Asatru, Hellenic, etc. paths.

  • I absolutely agree with you!

    x

  • @sorcress18 You really CAN'T be a pagan/wiccan AND be a Christian....two very separate belief systems.

  • I am shocked beyond all things to see these whiches are evn going anywhere NEAR a ouji board. If they were trained by another wiccan or book learned they would have gotten numerous warnings to stay away from it.

While this show shows a bit about what witchcraft is it also is rather insulting in that they made it like other REALITY TV shows. About the only real good the show did was to open up 4 more peoples eyes to what is and is not.

  • But you must know, there are various types of Witches and pratices.

  • Yes I know there are MANY differnet sects to witchcraft, I am one myself but I have never met a witch that would dare use a store bought ouji board. If anything they will make one of their own "witches board" or use other form contact. Again I think showing them ladies using a oui board may give alot of people the wrong idea.

  • I just see them taking and no devotion or thanks or ritual...I don't get this at all...it should be about devotion or leaning not ..me me me me....oh well..

  • It was a way to test to see if magick is real or not.

  • exactly

  • using ouija board is not nesserly witchcraft or wicca btw ^.^.

  • i agree. it can be used by common people. besides, most books tell you to stay AWAY from Ouija boards because there's no telling what kind of spirit may be contacting you.

  • Yes and in the wiccan rede it says "cast the circle thrice about to keep all evil spirits out" and ouija is not nesseserly only good spirits who will come to you. It can be demons to who will make you think they are good.

  • You are totally right, that's why I stear clear of ouija boards.

    x

  • Of course not, they're demons playing with your head.

  • Why are they using a Ouija?

My mom practices, and she tells me never to touch a Ouija board.

  • Because some people are known to get hurt doing it probably, but some people are willing to take that risk for the chance to reconect with someone who died.

  • a ouija board is belived to be a protal between the spirit world and the human world to call spirits or entities. You cannot know if your 'friend' that u invited is evil or good. You cannot control the entities that comes from the ouija board.

  • @Blakelolwut then why does she do it.

  • I have several problems with this film one of which is that in your first month should these girls be doing all these spells?

  • Whats wrong with it?

  • @theknitter1 i have to agree. the practice should start out simple and then move up slowly. but its for tv so.

  • @theknitter1 Well apparently they did all those spells, and nothing bad happened. =P

  • @theknitter1 When I first started out, I did my first spells within the first month. I don't see anything wrong with this. You learn by doing. I started simple and had no problems. Now if they were doing anything major, there may have been a problem. But these are not difficult spells with overwhelming consequences.

  • How irresponsible of the producers/writers to create such a show! Ouija boards and witch craft are not games! This is serious stuff these women are dealing with!!! I'm not even sure the women know what they are dealing with.

  • I was totally with that...It was like they were just casting spells and no ..Its not a good show ..

  • i waited this hole show for the naked orgy and now it pays off!!!

  • There's a lot that I loved about this and a lot that I didn't care for.

  • Same here. I was kind of expecting more of a peak into practices of Witches who did more of a tradition practice of Witchcraft. As in the non Wiccan, pre Gardener kind. It was interesting but a bad way to represent Wicca and Witchcraft also as a fix it all thing to just hop into. Sure it can help, but Witchcraft should be more about spirituality and a way of living.

  • And who are you to say what it SHOULD be. That's what happen to the most, the whole free will stuff don't enter your hard minds when something's not as you wish

  • Um, as someone who actually is a part of The Craft and has talked to others who are also? Its a part of something to enrich your life that takes study and dedication to do properly. As for my "hard mind" I'm sorry I don't accept the view the Craft is just your cure all. I don't believe in the rule of three but I do believe it comes with consequences. Something not shown in this doc.

  • You have said it all, it's a DOCUMENTARY, not a video class of lessons ¬¬U

  • Exactly a documentary, about WITCHES. Usually documentaries are supposed to be somewhat factual, but not always of course. People will watch this and make assumptions for the most part that witchcraft is an easy fix all for any problem.

  • And that is because witchcraft can be an easy fix for any problem because you are into religious stuff but witchcraft can be rid of that part, it depends on the person and how that person is, but don't worry, if someone is really interested, that one will get the whole information, the ordinary, the extraordinary, the physical part, the spiritual part, the good and the evil side, and then decide, that's a fact.

Now I'd like to keep the conversation but I NEED to sleep.

    Bye.

  • Maybe the lack of sleep is why you're being an ass I guess. I don't apply religion to Witchcraft, I'm not Wiccan. I practice it as it is a craft. To me its like any craft or art you practice. Like yoga, for example. If you don't do certain things properly ie posture you can harm your body. I know from personal experience if you do so with the attitude of just using witchcraft for whatever,

  • whenever it bites you in the ass. I've practiced the craft for a variety of purposes both good and bad, I'm not one to shy from either. Its just if they're going to educate people, why not do it properly for once....

    'Night also

  • I said I needed not that I was without it, ASShole. It's funny that an obtuse person call me ass (excusing in the lack of sleep to don't accept what I'm saying, that is a fact). And what REALLY shows your (lack of) knowledge is that when I talked about religion and witchcraft, you said by law "Wicca"...this ends the discussion, you have nothing to offer to my person.

    Bye bye.

  • Excuse me, I wasn't the one making assumptions about another person's faith without even knowing them, so maybe you should go back and actually read what I said. Nor was I the one who started all this with an attack in the first place. I have knowledge, actually. I can read and comprehend the written word, something you seem to need to work on. So consider yourself blocked. I don't care if you disagree with me, but you started all of this by being an ass and decided to finish it that way.

  • Shut up, bitch ^^

  • lol Nice resort to being petty when you can't think of something better.

  • i really hope they made some kinda of protetion circle or somthing befor using the board.....it opens gate and you never know what came thro and if it went back or if you even closed it all the way

  • Those boards are so dangerous. I don't know anything about them. Only that my step sisters and I went to a sleep over, and our friend pulled one out.

I'm in my 20's now, and I'll never forget the feeling I had from it. Lets just say that I learned a very important lesson because what came in contact with us that night was not good at all. Whatever it was, it was bad.

My sisters felt fine, but I was so scared. I still get that feeling sometimes.

  • For those who are interested, the full 1hr documentary is being repeated on the BIO channel on 14th August at 01:00am GMT.

  • This was actually a good documentary.

  • Aww... they cut the bit out where they were skyclad by the railway tracks and the rail workers were like =0

  • I was wondering about that. They showed a small snippet of it (like a preview) and then didn't show what happened.

  • I love this documentary. Its the same for me when I started using spells. I skeptical that anything would come from them but I was open to using them because I felt that even if nothing happened I felt that positive thinking is a powerful thing in itself. My first spell was at a time in my life where I was unemployed and needed to save for my flat. After that my financial situation changed. Im so happy to have Wicca in my life and I recommend it to anyone who is interested.

    Blessed be.

  • I would NEVER use a board dude

  • I had a board as a child and it's hard to explain what it was like, but I will say that I will never do it again. I'm just not brave enough when it comes to that. There's just too many risks involved.

  • I think it was Raymond Buckland, (But I could be wrong) who said (About contacting the spirits) "They are dead. Leave them at peace." I don't think it was a good idea for inexperienced people to be messing with a ouji board. I actually think it was very irresponsible. I don't mess with them period, you never know exactly what will come through.

  • Great Witch Documentary. I used to be interested in witch craft in my early 20's, but being catholic I was afraid of eternal consequences.

  • Interesting =]

  • Anyone know where I can get the song from this?

the Earth Air Fireee and Water

  • very interesting and well done documentary thank you for posting

  • Really cool; it shows that witch craft is what ever you want it to be; good, bad, useful. It's all in what you believe.

    Blessed Be )O(

  • A bunch of inexperienced women doing an Ouija Board? Not a good idea. Irresponsible. Personally I feel Ouija boards are never a good idea.

Other than that, really enjoyed the series.

  • I prefer Witch Boards they are like Ouija but with protection spells cast upon it.
