ok ive been making my rubber band ball for atleast 4 years now (off and on) not constantly, since my mom worked at the hospital she would always bring home the box of 2,000 rubber bands so my grandma showed me how to make a rubber band ball, and ever since then ive been working on my rubber band ball and right now its about 10 inches bigger than a basketball :) but i want mine to be atleast 10 feet some day haha

i would say something along the lines of 15,000, but could be close to 20,000. keep in mind, that as the ball gets bigger, I will order bigger rubber bands. the bigger rubber bands will weigh more and take less of them to equal a lb.
