THIS IS NOT PAK MEI, or least traditional anyways. Some minor moves here and there seems like it but thats it. Title is a bit misleading, this looks like a mix of stuff.
Either that or I've been learning the wrong sh*t.
Wow is a monster!! my stile is pak hok pai.,.,.i think this stile is very impresive!!...is fast! is explosive..my style is more acoustic fusioned with fast and power..but...pakmei is more agressive at moment of fight.. i think so
@congi Fajing in sparring can be deadly and dangerous but do-able. It is relatively usless in sparring as it is more of an attribute of a punch; in the same sense of your fist continually traveling the same path in a given pattern. Whether or not you spar...you are still able to follow the same path when you punch.
As for practicing Fajing? It is directed via Yi (intent) and hence isn't necessary to spar with.
I hate to say this but it almost looks like Cro Cop is trying to learn White Lotus's art form. Sorry Cro Cop, I wish you the best and you will always be the one who gave Fedor the best fight imo.
i think its a joke on ng mui, if so, kinda witty but i think ng mui would stomp pai mei, i mean he came up with white eyebrow, fine, but she came up with dragon, white crane, hung kuen, wing chun and...wait for it....wu mei pai...hmmmm
Excellent....I'm not too familiar with the Pak Mei system but the applications are obviously effective with similarities to Wing Chun. Good luck with your training!
Wing Chun ( usually pronounced ving tsun) by some was not invented by a woman that was a cover story to prevent the actual lineage of Southern shaolin temple style.
Let application be your sifu

Jing (essence) in sparring is necessary.

the technique is OK, but you use a lot of power and will get exhausted quickly.

This is your life-time practice. Not many martial artists can really feel the opponent's force when touching each other.
Keep relaxing with your empty mind.
Best wishes

Pai Mei from "Kill Bill" was based off of the actual monk who started this style. Albeit that Pai Mei was a highly sensationalized version lol

You may PM me if you want, public questions about WB tend to bring trolls out of the woodwork.
Thanks for sharing also,it is good to see other WB schools in the world.
