For those who are lost, this is the more traditional pak mei.

THIS IS NOT PAK MEI, or least traditional anyways. Some minor moves here and there seems like it but thats it. Title is a bit misleading, this looks like a mix of stuff.

@congi Fajing in sparring can be deadly and dangerous but do-able. It is relatively usless in sparring as it is more of an attribute of a punch; in the same sense of your fist continually traveling the same path in a given pattern. Whether or not you spar...you are still able to follow the same path when you punch.

As for practicing Fajing? It is directed via Yi (intent) and hence isn't necessary to spar with.

Jing (essence) in sparring is necessary.

It is called Ng Wu Sai Hoy (5 Lakes and 4 Oceans) which means no matter where you are we are all equal. It is a Bak Mei (Pak Mei) salute.
