  • Let application be your sifu

  • totally not pak mei

  • Not Pak mei for sure!!!!

  • this is bullshit

  • @tonycooiman, yeh wtf is this?

  • *like* for the song :P

  • watch?v=FJnOFl2uJzo

For those who are lost, this is the more traditional pak mei.

  • THIS IS NOT PAK MEI, or least traditional anyways. Some minor moves here and there seems like it but thats it. Title is a bit misleading, this looks like a mix of stuff.

Either that or I've been learning the wrong sh*t.

    -7th year Pak mei practitioner.

  • Who is your SiFu? your SiGung??? your SiJo???

  • Pleas make 1 video of sip soei keun

  • Great video, I like that two-person training as it helps show some of the strategies of Pak Mei.

  • man they just doing a girl fight

  • Wow is a monster!! my stile is pak hok pai.,.,.i think this stile is very impresive!!...is fast! is explosive..my style is more acoustic fusioned with fast and power..but...pakmei is more agressive at moment of fight.. i think so

  • wtf is this lol

  • Frank Drebben school of kung-fu kicks ass!

    Looks fun enough.

  • I'm sorry but this is just Not Pak mei, but if it works for you great : )

  • pak mei kung fu is cool man!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • Need to apply Fa Jing more effectively. The Hunting Steps lack power as well.

  • Thanks. Will work on this

  • @jumbla6262 but could be too deadly to appy Jing in sparring? ;)

  • @congi Fajing in sparring can be deadly and dangerous but do-able. It is relatively usless in sparring as it is more of an attribute of a punch; in the same sense of your fist continually traveling the same path in a given pattern. Whether or not you spar...you are still able to follow the same path when you punch.

As for practicing Fajing? It is directed via Yi (intent) and hence isn't necessary to spar with.

Jing (essence) in sparring is necessary.

  • the technique is OK, but you use a lot of power and will get exhausted quickly.

  • Thanks for the constructive criticisim, i am constantly learning and improving and i am/will work on these areas!

  • This is your life-time practice. Not many martial artists can really feel the opponent's force when touching each other.

Keep relaxing with your empty mind.

    Best wishes

  • The salute in this style looks different than other which is right fist touch the left palm. This one is not??? any meaning??

  • It is called Ng Wu Sai Hoy (5 Lakes and 4 Oceans) which means no matter where you are we are all equal. It is a Bak Mei (Pak Mei) salute.

  • he doesnt know how to engage..is that pak mei?

  • EXCELENTE, GRACIAS por este video.

    de Argentina.

  • I hate to say this but it almost looks like Cro Cop is trying to learn White Lotus's art form. Sorry Cro Cop, I wish you the best and you will always be the one who gave Fedor the best fight imo.

Southern Mantis is BEAUTIFUL by the way.

  • Pai Mei from "Kill Bill" was based off of the actual monk who started this style. Albeit that Pai Mei was a highly sensationalized version lol

  • Mohando

    I have a question,1:51-1:53?

You may PM me if you want, public questions about WB tend to bring trolls out of the woodwork.

Thanks for sharing also,it is good to see other WB schools in the world.

    Good luck in your training.

  • Excellent....I'm not too familiar with the Pak Mei system but the applications are obviously effective with similarities to Wing Chun. Good luck with your training!

  • fast hands ........ sweet

  • Thanks for your comment

  • White eye brow is a man's version of wing chung

  • Wing Chun ( usually pronounced ving tsun) by some was not invented by a woman that was a cover story to prevent the actual lineage of Southern shaolin temple style.

  • too right.

  • Impressive!!!!

  • Pardon my ignorance but what does WB stand for?
