Im going hybrid soldier so far xD, wanting to be a full hybrid guardian, but do you HAVE to go 2 str 1 dex 1 vit or for the full attk power go 3 str 1 dex? cause I went 3:1 str dex, but I heard its not good for starters.. since it'll make me squishy, lvl 24 atm though

Guardians going for the Dex Build and don't have the P.Def increase you get from putting points into Str ( think it is 2 P.Def for every 1 Stat Point of Str and 1 P.Def for every Point put into Vit ) So they need a way to stop incoming Damage so the Shield has a Block Rate that nulls in coming atks and further increased via the Shield Block Buff so they end up with a 10% Block Rate. Also the Dagger helps alot since its has the highest natural crit rating among weapons so higher damage helps

Dex guards use a shield because wielding only the dagger is the best, and dagger does not have a higher crit rate, it justs attacks faster, which means more crits. Dex guards do not wear shields because they really need the defence, but because they have nothing else to put in the weapon slot..

meh I am mostly a Dhan player so weight between Daggers and Katars ( have the same attack speed ) It just Daggers are cheaper than Sword/all the above and mroe plentiful and having one of highest base ( without opts ) attack speed. point is valid but they way I look at it is Crazy Standing + Order to Swing + Dagger = more chances to crit based purely on quanity of attacks not quality ( as you see with Dhans still both are very good when it comes to crits )

1 Pdef each str point and 2pdef each vit point. well i think so .. Otherwise defenders (tanks) would get low Pdef but high Vitality . anyways :P i have a str guard 3str 1vit and it doesn't hit really high :(

well Defenders have what their name implies and thats defense. So you not really a big damage dealer as say a str Dhan, Dex Guard, or Agi Dhan but you probably the only one of those three that can really do PvE really well since your high pdef lets you weather more so you basically going to win in PvP like Vit Dekans by Attrition not actual damage still Defenders are better if you are more of a Party Player

Dex guard are weaker in terms of defence (well its kind of hard to tell with the new molly pet) but they also do a lot more damage. a dex knight be doing about 6k damage

Wiz's is not all that.. there are ways to beat them for a dex guardian ... E.G. Rush and run like a mofo until you can teleport away ^_^

...dex guardian is good lol...just depends on ur build and dex Guard in PvE is amazing..ive seen a dex guard kill a monster 9 lvls higher then him! but in PvP if u put a str and dex guard against each other..!! lol the fight would never end lmao..
