If you freeze it at 0:39 sub zero has his a new looking classic mask and a bit of a kooler looking outfit than for what they gave him on the game. But by release date they did what i new they would. Fu<k him up. And did any one else notice that 0:35 Batman knocks sub zero off the cliff so batman is supposed to be on top. Just freeze it at 0:36 you see batman on top then at later part of 0:36 sub zero is automaticly on top with out doing any kind of reversals. Yeh i notice every thing baby.

Campaign mode is what turned me against all the newest MK's. I mean, why do we have to play a darned adventure game to unlock characters to fight with? I just brought my little bro-in-law over for a day to unlock most of mine, and even HE got bored doing it. I mean, "Go to this area at this time of day to find the hidden chest that gives you an unlockable character, or if you're lucky, a 10 second clip of the latest Scorpion fashions that DIDN'T make it into the game!." everyone gets fatality moves except for the DC heroes (the compromise being if they wouldn't do it in the comics they wont do it in the game). But the DC villians kill.

In actuality the DC heroes "do have" fatality moves but they call them brutalities and the enemy is still moving after it. Superman's is he pounds his opponent into the ground, but no gore.

First off, there ARE going to be fatalities. Just not...ya know, ripping heads off.

Secondly, the reason you stated is NOT why they toned down the fatalities. DC Comics is. They didnt want to see Supes or Bats spines ripped out.

But there WILL be fatalities in some way or another, and the heroes will have their own little versions that are similar to finisher moves.
