Finally someone with shorter bangs doing this. I got my hair cut a couple of days ago. I used to be nice and long and I had nice long bangs. I went to my regular hairstylist and requested side swept bangs... She ended up giving me super short bangs (just shorter than yours) that I can't do anything with. I look terrible with them (absolutely hate) since I wanted side swept. I will try this though since keeping my bangs the way they are looks awful. Good tutorial though :)

Awe, thank you! Yes, I maintain them myself... I try to keep their natural shape, while just taking away a little bit from the arch are (from underneath) to enhance the arch itself. I also try to keep my eyebrows as full as possible, because it's a sign of youth :)

I was also going to suggest using a good quality gel while your hair is still wet, to aim the hair off of your face before drying. The gel I use is from layrite and it really does have wonderful results w/out ANY flaking or stiffness. But yeah, growing out or keeping bangs doesnt have to limit you to any particular style, does it? :)
