He talks crap here. Chimps murder other chimps, they bully and hunt members of their own kind for basically no reason. Meer Cats also display these behaviours. i don't believe in darwinism, but human violence does not prove alien intervention otherwise it would not be present in chimps.

BTW there have been civilizations that were both tech. and socially advanced to the point where most of the problems we have never existed. Of course they no longer exist XD. Records are lost or hard to come by. We have a long way until we reach that point again.
