@Diogomiguellopes practice. When I started flying jets in bf3 I sucked ass. over time and constantly practicing and performing manuvers to evade, I got better. One attachment that helped in jets was air radar. It shows you all the posiitons of aerial vehicles so you know where the enemy is. One you get better, you realize that the heat seekers are crap and your better off using the main gun instead. I play on Ps3.

stinger ist the most useles of them all. a stinger/igla is only good to fend off jets and helos but only for a short time, killing a good pilot with igla is almost not doable.

only time you can get someone with igla/stinger is when he is already in trouble and would be shot down anyway.

@cocojumb0 you realize that alot of people dont have the SOFLAM or the CITV station upgrade. i have them, but i have a Javelin Squad where my friend will soflam the enemy air vehicle, and i will bring it down, flares dont work against Javelin missiles, only the ECM jammer does and alot of people dont use it, but alot of people dont have the Javelin either, so they use the stinger or the igla. I myself used to use it alot, and i got easy kills, ur missile reloads before their flares reloads, easy

One thing I can agree you with is that sometimes there's way too many people using them in one map, there should be a limit for them.

meanwhile the guy probably has extinguisher, which boosts their heath back to 50 ish after it goes down low enough (or it's user activated, I dunno didn't unlock it yet). Also, since jets take 2 hits to die, you'll need help from your teammate to get that guy.

The only thing that isn't true from what he's saying is that he had no unlocks, because the aa-launcher was the first engineer unlock during the beta, if I'm not mistaken.
