Job well done on the stippling, looks real nice. I agree with you about not wanting to use tape.Not just sweat, but just plain humidity in the air can cause problems.

@longtrangm1a---- actually this rifle is an sbr, that is not a 16 inch barrel and definitly not a 15" MI rail, thats a Troy TRX Battle rail! At the most its a 14" gun with 13.8 troy rail! I know GunWebsites and theyr the kings of sbr's!! I was asking about the muzzle device not the lenght of the weapon but thanks anyway bro

Yea...it's become a fad in the shooting community. People gravitated to them so quickly and gave it up after awhile. No real reason for going back to the VG's.

Also awesome mods to the grips very well thought out I love it! And the finish turned out pretty good too for the most part but I hear if you fully sandblast the existing finish it will adhere better and not flake off so easily.

well we are all too lazy for that much work, plus it looks cool when the paint starts to flake, then after a while you can paint it again and change it up if desired

You can also cut a bicycle inner tube to about a 4 inch piece and slip it in your smooth pistol grip for a solid grab.

should've blasted that teflon off with some aluminum oxide before painting it, cause it looks like the coating is flaking off.
