I didn't even know Shumpert was rookie, I thought he was already in the nba for some time, I thought he got traded or something, but he's good for a rookie, already confident. I'm a nuggets fan so I root a little for NY cuz Melo was my fav player... too bad he's not clicking into the system. Problem with Melo is that he doesn't play team ball, and when your other players don't get to play offense at competitive levels they start to lose their edge.

@1996tonyy his school is an underated school when it comes to college games. so not many people would have heard of him. people like kyrie jimmer and kemba got cheers because those schools would have their games played constantly and people know what they are capable of. but thats the way it goes esp with ny fans. u earn our cheers and respect if you play well. no excuses for nobody which is why superstars like carmelo stat n chandler got our boos when they played terrible.

Nobody knew who he was, if you know anything whatsoever you know that the Knicks in the past decade have notoriously made AWFUL draft pick and having never heard of him we obviously got pissed. We're on the fringe of creating a true contender and we don't need poor management any more. Shumpert is proving himself on the court and we're loving it. Not fake, just realistic.
