I have it, the TV is awesome but the remote control is a fucking useless shit with absolutely no ergonomy..and looks like coming from the dark ages, try typing a text in the browser using the provided remote ! would have expected better from samsung and for this price a full keybord remote if not a touchscreen tablet or something..

We purchased 2 2011 SMART HUB models several weeks ago only to learn from Samsung Support that they will not support the browser. Samsung's marketing is quite deceptive on this and the typical person is making a buying decision in the store, not spending significant time researching (it's not easy to find this info on the Samsung site). Hey, if it's advertised as SMART HUB why should you end up getting SMART HUB Lite?
