My Gynecomastia is not that big, Its just puffy nipples.

Is there any pain during the surgery? and One of the doctor that I went to for advice said that General Anasthesia is much better than applying local Anasthesia because patient feels nothing in General Anasthesia.

Would you Recommend General Anasthesia foe this Procedure.

General anaesthesia is not needed at all. Gynaecomastia surgery is completely painless under tumescent local anaesthesia. In fact, you may be awake and talking to me when I am doing surgery or listening to music. You will come for surgery after having breakfast at home and immediately after surgery you are on normal diet. I have been doing this for the last fifteen years.

@jbkashi hello, thanks for the response. I dont have pics right now but there is this swelling where the insertion was made. The lenght of the swelling is about an inch long along the bottom of the areola and the width is approx 3mm in size. There is pain too when pressed. This surgery was done 5 years back... thanks
