I think you're thinking of the "Goofy Gymnaztics" short-- while he is excersizing, he swings too far on the rings and does go through his ceiling, with the ever present yell.

I belive they ended the walk competition after an incident where 3 tiing walkers broke out into a run before the finish line.

They made this style of Goofy toons after the man who did his voice died and they couldn't find anyone to repicate the voice. They just used samples from old cartoons for his yells and stuff. Goofy was so popular that this was the only way they could bring out new Goofy toons. The Goofy self-help toons are still excellent though! :)

Actually that was becuse he quited some time and did´t work for Disney. After that they tryed other to imitat Goofy (How to fly) and then the example you mentioned but he did come back to Disney and was the voice in those cartoons when Goofy is George Geef (No smoking).
