how do you keep tracking her in focus while she she's moving |?

hi pretty good, which lens thit you use for it? it's a beautiful dept of field i want to buy a 7D by my self with a nice lens with great dept of flied performers just like your footage!!

I used Canon's 18-135 lens. Pretty much, as long as your subject is a good distance from your background, you should get nice depth of field
