Hey dude,.. just bought my first TIG machine and all the gear to go with it. (I'm a PC Geek normally). I've done a little gas welding, brazing and Stick & MIG welding. But the S/S for my boat has been calling me! LOL This is a superb video, funny and really helpful. Now I know how to hold and feed and which hands to use as well as the right angles! Thanks for taking the time to do it..

Any tips for aluminum? I'm having a hard time with some 0.063 panels and I'm getting lots of ashy gray "skin" over my welds, and I also have a hard time getting the puddle to soak up the filler rod. All in all, it looks like crap, like a mig out of shield gas...

Nice! Hey how hard is it to TIG stainless on a Jig for a stainless exhaust system. That is having JIG setup, tight fight, and lay-out? also its on 16 gauge stainless. 0.65

There's no burn through. There's a little color on the back side but that's good. I would be worried of there wasn't.
