hmm are you a t-mobile customer and did you sign up any plans? if yes some programs r free in ur Download Catalog. if no, u will have to pay to get ur phone key unlocked and then ask the ppl who unlocked ur phone for the "free" programs they have

@crazywc187: sorry i know little about ur phone, but if you can write programs, you can always key unlock ur phone by contacting dangar company: web site is: (developer) DOT (danger) DOT (com)

and i know there's some Chinese web site where u can key unlock ur phone too which is : (spv) DOT (hk)

@clarissa9213: I got mine unlocked in China, but i dont think the seller who unlocked my device speaks english, but i also heard there's a website who can key unlock your phone (again, key unlock makes ur phone able to upload and delete the APPs on your device, it couldnt make your phone able to make or recieve phone calls and texts)

@warcsun: I got mine unlocked through some online sellers in China, it cost me 65 (code unlock)usd +40usd (key unlock)
