I love this patch in RE5! It makes me feel like I'm playing a remade verson of RE1 on some points. X3 I think one of the creepy parts of the patch besides the monsters is after you play the piano and leave the room you can hears something playing it horribly, but when you go back up to the room nothing's there! has a flashback of this event. And the PS3 version of Gold Edition has the DLC on the disc because it uses a Blue-Ray disc which holds more than an HD DVD disc that Xbox's use. I don't have a 360 so I don't know exactly what it does but I heard that it comes on a separate disc and I've also heard from a more reliable source that it comes with a unlock key, which would mean you have to have Xbox Live.

Resident Evil is called Biohazard in Japan and Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition is just named Biohazard 5: Alternative Edition in Japan instead of Gold. The only (legal) way to get "Lost in Nightmares" is to buy it off of the Playstation Store or the Xbox Live Marketplace. Or it comes with Gold Edition (or Alternative Edition). And if you buy Gold Edition or haven't beaten the game yet if you get it off the store, you unlock it by beating chapter 3-1, were in the beginning Chris
