When the tutorial asks you to swap weapons with your partner, use Salem, and take out your pistol, THEN swap. You SHOULD get an SMG from Rios.

great video but u really do not need to cheat these achievements if your planning on playing the game... lol... i got most of em through my first play through... and the game is amazing... just play it twice :)... and that way your not wasting time at the beginning your going to have to play through the game at least 2 times anyway if u want all the achieves
