  • @avp258 To be able to do these kind of push ups you'll need more than just strength. It is all about body tension ;-)

  • @TitanVsNatit i would suggest you practice just doing a press to handstand, it will strengthen your core tremendously. It should also help with your balance

    I've noticed that your wrists can bend beyond a 90 degree angle; an angle that's impossible for me.

  • these work your back muscle. the ones that are right next to the spine.  i dont know what you call it though. even if i cant do planche push ups, this is still a very nice exercise
