this dances and music has nothing to do with seria or serians, this are vlach dances and music that togheder with the greeks are the oldest inhabitans of the balkans.

And since Serbian folklore is about dancing dances from all parts of Serbia (and Vlach people live in Serbia) it's normal to dance this. I don't understand people like you ready to argue, not to watch and enjoy music and dancing.
