He stated a house divided cannot stand. Obama would have been for trying to get along with the confederacy rather than fight to preserve the union. Kristol makes this point based on Obama's own opinions and statements about current events.

Please show me where Lincoln campaigned on freeing the slaves. He didn't. His only concern was keeping the UNION together. Freeing the slaves was just a fortuitous (in hindsight) by-product of the war. ModistOne is correct. The original poster of this video is being facetious in saying that Kristol is implying that Obama would be Pro Slavery.  It's just not true.
