@NSoak1 If you can run the PC version, and have a good PC controller, that is probably the best one. IT allows for use of custom skins, and modding, and tends to run a bit smoother. Other than ability to mod and higher graphic resolution, the PS2 version is exactly the same as on PC. The PSP version is different, and I don't feel it is as good.

Then there is the option of getting Anniversary, Legend and Underworld, in the Tomb Raider Trilogy, for PS3, all packaged together in beautiful HD.

@zandylovesrisk well in some ways its kinda both. It takes place before Underworld hence when she said "Sometimes to understand your present, you have to go back to your past". It is a remake of the first ever Tomb Raider game from 1997. Its called Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Anniversary because it is celebrating the 10 year anniversary of Lara Croft being in the video gaming industry. But it also helped develop key aspects in the Underworld storyline better. hope this answers your question :) :)

in some ways, lara looks like my art teacher. but this game looks pretty cool. the dinos really bring out the spotlight for this game and it sort of looks american to me with all the bears and the wolves...but i dont think there are any dinos in america..let alone anywhere else too. but i still would like to play this game :)

After getting into the programming of this game, we found code that is just like slot machine code where random code runs at given instances that either you can make the series of moves needed to get to the destination or you can't no matter what you do. It is all controlled by the code, not the player. With the release of red dead redemption, gamemakers have alot to catch up with as far as graphics and get rid of ridiculous gameplay programming. These people headed in the wrong direction, pass.

I have just finished Underworld, and it's the first TR game I have ever played. I really liked it so I wanted to check out some of the others, but only this one and Legend look any good. After the beautiful graphics of Underworld, I don't think I could play the old school ones, lol

I know what you mean by graphics cause when the PS1 came out I 1st noticed how ugly and pixelated the graphics were and thought that they looked like Crap! lol But when I finally decided to get one cause of all the games they had the first 2 games I got were Resident Evil and Tomb Raider.

I played Tomb Raider 1st @ after a few minutes I didn't even mind or think of the graphics cause I got into the game and it was that Good!!! :)

@AaronH9111 I gotta tell ya, I am loving GOL! A lot of people have complained about the isometric view but because I have played a lot of games like that I am used to it. I understand they mean it's different from the other TR games, but so is the co-op aspect, it's all about freshness and fun! I have really enjoyed it so far.

@AaronH9111 I have never played Metal Gear Solid, or really any games similar to it. I used to stay away from shooters because I'm terrible at them, lol, but I am broadening my horizons now. I recently tried a demo for BioShock and LOVED it, and also played a shooter called Crysis for the PC, enjoyed that quite a bit as well.

I too hope they continue to makes more games similar to the previous ones, because they are obviously all hits!

I have just finished Tomb Raider Anniversary. This game is amazing. I love it very much. I think it's even beter than Underworld. Graphics in Underworld is great, but i didn't like the story, and it was vert short; then you shoud pay more to download the rest of the game. What does it mean? But Anniversary is great.

I just love this trailer, specially the lara model from it, I just wish they somehow made TRU's model like this one, shes just not pretty in TRU...:( What a disapointment.... I hope if there's another Tomb Raider that they at least spend some time giving Lara perfection, specially considering that the most important thing in a tomb raider is Lara's looks and Lara's abilities, and at least give her some realistic moves not those monkey gymnastic jumps and flips xD

No,I think she looks really beautiful in TRU(her butt is just a little bit small)....What is more,I like her moves,they're quite natural for an athlete(and Lara's considered to be a superb athlete),but I must admit that they look kind of sloppy and more of an amatuer's,not a professional's and Lara's supposed to be the best,so I guess that that's a drawback..!!Anyways,I love Lara Croft in TRL,TRA as well as in TRU!! :)

Well in TRU shes not as pretty as this one, if you look at her details she looks just like a doll, I think they should have made her a bit more realistic, her graphic details arent good enough for a E3 game, I was expecting a gorgeous Lara, I did enjoy her moves but they are too unreal, no one would ever do those moves when they are exploring the things she does.Anyway I think I was expecting too much from EIDOS, only Square-Enix and Capcom can come out with outstanding graphics ^^

Actually, the first character, named Laura Cruz, was the mistake ! She didn't look and her name didn't sound brittish enough, so they decided to change it ;)

@keviouk no it was british alright but americans couldent pronounce laura properly and so they searched a phonebook and found the name Lara and they changed Cruz to Croft since it sounded the sme,the reason why Laura Cruz wasent born was because of that and that she had indiana jones clothing and the whip which wasent acceptable
