Well I think "the immortal" is in regards to your lost master of Mordamir, since it revealed in the end he had been waiting a thousand years to destroy the dragon.
Now, if I could just find out how to trigger the secret in level 5, I'd be happy; anyone know?
@pavloscorpion Thanks, but it's not on there. It tells about how to get the secret on the Japanese version, but that's not the one that I have, which it doesn't work.
Bloody hard game but you get a real sense of achievement every time you survive to the next level! The final boss battle is pretty epic, there's not many games that can compete with the tension of that duel.
This game was a blast :) I was surprised later to learn that the Genesis version was so much more bloody. Even with some of the trial-and-error puzzles I still had a lot of fun with this, and they did some thoughtful, slight changes to the endings depending on what you did earlier. Neat :) I just wish it was longer.
Oh god, I remember replaying this game a bazillion times till I figured out what to do in every level.. hard as hell
