@DrFred792005 : How? You have no facts whatsoever. Joe is just more difficult to use for beginners. With practice, he is a combo machine and is a beast in the air. I've personally found him to be great at closing the gap between foes that spam. He's one of the wierder characters but that's certainly not a bad thing.

If you watched winter brawl the first mvc3 tournament of the year joe did very well there . He's a unique character and otg combos linking in viewtiful god hand are deadly in this game. Weskar and Joe are a good team for this very reason

Wrong. Just wrong. The amount that Joe has improved since TvC is uncanny.  He has better reach, better combo options, massive strings of combos and is a real versatile threat in this game. For example, a clever player with the patience to master his combos and intelligently use his Viewtiful God Hand could probably deal good 100% combos with Joe for no X factor and only 1 bar. Not even Sentinel can do that (I don't think so anyways).

Oh and f*** what tier lists say XD

Great to see that Viewtiful Joe is more combo-friendly this time, he and Frank West were my mains in TvC.

My only criticism is that his manuverability looks slower to handle, especially in the air. Not a good sign for a fighter who has already poor reach, so players are gonna to have harass opponents with bombs, voomerangs and surprise overheads to win.
