  • passing had a big part of Texas offensive success. Shipley had 11 rec. for 112 yrds & 1 TD, Cosby had some AMAZING catches & had 9 rec. for 122 yrds. Colt scrambled to make plays and 1st downs. C. Ogbonnaya had some explosives runs & that 62 yarder put Texas in position to seal the deal. C. Johson, the freshman RB i told you about, did run all over that OU D, they put him in Goal line situations and he had 3 rushes 3 TDS on that "big bad" OU D line haha so it wasn't just the special teams

  • Not sure about this game is going to be a close one!

  • go to my site have strongest play of weekend in big ten this weekend

  • also like OKLAHOMA in a rout just don't think that TEX has the athletes in the secondary to compete with the great WR's of OKL and also did i hear it right OKL has won 6 of the last 8 wow thats surprising!

  • stats vs sorry opponnents means what nothing<<<<<<<<

  • well then I guess you have no case for Mr. Bradford then don't you, considering HE HASN'T PLAYED A GOOD TEAM EITHER!!!

  • very nice win boy was i wrong, what a great game until the last 4 min

  • Oh yeah bro! A CLASSIC! Colt stepped it up when it counted! How bout that defense! haha HOOK EM HORNS!

  • difference in that game was definately special teams play, nice win horns

  • haha, have to disagree bro, other than that one return, Texas didn't do much in special teams. Especially on KO coverage...that KR for OU was getting it to that 35-40 almost every time. the difference in this game i'd have to say is the Colt McCoy/Shipley and that D line. Colt/Shipley scored when they needed them to score, and it kept them in the game, the front 4 because they gave Bradford and that RB hell all day. That's why they had a 2 INTs...I think OU rushed for 48 yrds...? OUCH!

  • so honestly man, what are you making your pick off of???! lol, because it seems like you don't know what you're talking about! seriously man...lol

  • agree with trapp3232 think texas going to run okl out of the stadium win by 13 pts

  • next time bring stats and facts to the argument rather than having inaccurate odds makers being your back up lmao

  • lets look at it this way who has okl beat well only probably one good team cincy texas has beat who tcu?? OKL will put up 35 to 38 pts well see if texas can keep it up

  • Cinci has played NOBODY! Neither has TCU! What, you think because TCU has beat teams like SMU and Stephen F. Austin, that they're good?! WTF? Shows how much you know. Colorado and Arkansas, as shitty as they are, are both better teams than any of OU's opponents. Texas has no problem putting up points, EVEN WITH COLT MCCOY SITTING OUT THE 4TH QUARTER. Keep up?! Through 2 games he had more TDs than Bradford in 3 games! Even now he's put up 2 more TDs than Bradford, WITH LESS PLAYING TIME!

  • blah blah blah, the thing is, Texas opponents have been the same if not more difficult than OU's opponents. People talk about OU putting up 52 points...TEXAS has put up 52 points in 3 games. This will be a very good game, and I think OU is going to have their hands full. It's going to be a tough one. Don't follow hype, if you actually look into these two teams, you'd see they're both evenly matched on both sides of the ball

  • Texas is winning on Saturday, get it right. HOOK EM HORNS!

  • you texas fans are biased just a little. I don't root for either team my opinion is it will not be close but good luck either way should be good game for at least 1 quarter

  • oh really, and what are you going off of? OU's competition has not been difficult and is the same if not worse than Texas' opponents. Is it the D, because Texas has the top ranked sacking D in the nation, it's not the 2ndary, because over the last 2 weeks the young guys in the 2ndary have played light out football and are better than OU's 2ndary. Is it Bradford, who after playing in 4 quarters in each game, still can't put up as many TDs as Colt playing in 2 1/2 quarters. So really, you tell me

  • so you are not biased texas fan??

  • now if you want to go off of the past, this Texas roster has beat OU 2 out of the last 3 games. So how is this not going to be a close game? Try being realistic...lol...I'm realistic, if I seriously thought OU was going to stomp Texas this week, then I would say...alright, it's coming, i'm ready. But everybody has been putting down Texas since the preseason and they've worked for their ranking. I heard it all, "TX is too young, their schedule is too tough, they haven't proven themselves"

  • so you tell me why you would think it would not be close. Under the same skill level competition, OU puts up 49 ppg, while their D allows 14 ppg, Texas puts up 42 ppg while Colt sits on the bench in the 4th. Their D only allows 11 ppg, Colt is responsible for 20 TDs while Bradford is responsible for 18, so tell me why would you think it's not going to be close? Is it because of the OU blow outs back in the day. Keep in mind, there are no players from that roster playing in this game...

  • I guess all the experts and VEGAS oddsmakers are off 7 pts then. Guess thats why they play the game. I will be the first to message you if I'm wrong make sure you don't disappear when/if they lose!

  • yeah buddy, as many times as they've been wrong, I'd take that as a win for the Texas Longhorns. Vegas odds makers aren't extremely accurate. If Texas played Tech right now, they'd probably say Tech would win because all the hype and the points Tech puts up. But what they wouldn't see is Texas puts up more points in the 1st 2nd and 3 quarter and then throw in the 2nd stringers while G. Harrell and Tech play through the 4th. It's all hype. You'll see, OU will have their hands full...
