  • so what do i do???????????? I've been going to the gym hard for over a year and i look the same as i did when i started. A little more than frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i eat well. I take supps and i'm now down to only training 3 days a week. That surely can't b too much. The thing is i have gained muscle much faster when i was about 20,i'm now 28. Can you help me pleeeeeeaaaaassssseeeeee?????

  • @jamiemason007 i was the same way but when i started to drink a 6pack of beer a day and work out i started getting bigger, and only take whey protein two times a day trust me,two much is bad you will not gain a pound.but this work for me try it.beer helps a lot .
