there are no way to get it except using the trainer

You can buy it from Xbox LIVE Marketplace(Xbox 360 only)or use trainer on PC. And PS2 just use Action Replay. Not sure does PS3 have the same DLC as Xbox 360. Also not sure about Xbox.

Action Replay is a hacking tool for various game consoles... And reward cards are stuff that unlocks NFSC stuff. If you get 4 pieces of same card, you'll unlock that thing it says.
