The subtitles for the first part are ready(first unedited version) added them on overstream. I cannot add them to the 28 minute video, because I cannot upload a video of that length. I could send the *.srt file, so u can add it to the video yourself. I think, to have a German language searchable, I will cut the video to 10 minute pieces, and uplaod that to youtube with subtitles.

I think Marshall talks about many subtleties of NVC here, that don't get coverage in other NVC footage, apart from the corporation issue, so I am very interested in doing this work (not knowing exactly when though). violent communication is authority based as opposed to empathy based...when people understand what you want and take your suggestions as opposed to doing what you want because either they want a reward or are afraid of a punishment then you have an expression of power with vs power over. The one with the power can stretch out a hand but the one w/out power can express their feelings and show that needs are common to ALL - powerful or not. That is what creates the empathy between rich & poor
