If you watch the full video Bush looks to the back of the room and nods almost Unnoticeably. less than 5 minutes later, not seven (The entire situation in the room was recorded) Bush left the room.

Moore likes to make money from tragedy. He did it with the laid off autoworkers (who are over paid anyways), the failed health care (failing by the sue happy lawyers suing) school shootings (caused by these crybaby mothers telling their sons not to fight back when teased) and 9/11 when so many innocent people died he wants to make money.
