The Play Arts Kai Batman Arkham Asylum and Uncharted Drake Figures

My echeck for my Play Arts Kai Batman and Joker cleared today and I'm chomping at the bit to get these figures. Never bought a Japanese figure before, but they both look cool and I'm a HUGE fan of the Joker. I love the game and they'll be on my shelf watching me play from now on. Can't wait for more from this game. Especially Harley Quinn, Bane and Scarecrow.

I just found a new toystore site. Urban collector. 54 bucks pre-order. Very good prices compared on some toys. good reviews from what i read so I ordered from them along with new Ecto-1 elite ghostbusters pre-order. we'll see how it goes. good luck toy collectors. this batman looks awesome

play arts is coming out with some good, the quality is like a cross between hot toys and neca

I never heard of play arts Kai before until today. I too am a uncharted fan and I would like to know where exactly I can buy this figure at. Can I buy online only or are there specific stores that I can go and purchase Nate at?

Hey mate i justed wanted to let you know that bbts just put the Arkham Asylum figures up for pre order, they are due out 1st quarter 2012 an goin for 60 dollars, so perhaps you want to have a look at stores you pre order from and see if they are allowing you to pre order them yet.

@Darthvegeta800 Going by my Ezio and Devil may cry figures from Play arts, the armoured Batman is about 4 inches shorter. There is big difference when looking at them on the shelves together. I think under estimated 9" tall for Batman, he might be about 10" tall, maybe taller?

Hopefully this isn't the final product even though the figure is amazing I hope they fix the batman symbol on his chest it looks wrong.

man with hot toys around i can never get the other suff that comes out no matter how low the prices are. even if i see an action figure for like 10 bucks i always have to pass because i always want to get hot toys figures or even sideshow. those figures look awesome.

Could someone explain the difference between Play Arts Kai and Square Enix? Which is the parent company and which is the sub?

To me, the Play Arts Kai Joker looks way better than the DC direct one. Not to say the DC direct one is bad, it's still a great figure !!! But if you're interested there is gonna be a limited edition with a batman statue...Thanks for the vid !!
