  • he kinda reminds me of Billy Zane.

  • Please tell me the name of the book.

  • Ah, Fighting Fantasy! They're in my school library! I have currently out: Freeway Fighter and some Sorcery one. They rock!

  • Man i cant seem to find those books in Mexico...Gosh wreched!

  • I only just heard about Fighting Fantasy a while ago. Thanks to your video I think I am more interested in it than before. I will look for one. Hopefully I can get em at a normal book store and don't need to travel to a comic/hobby store. Those are far from here. XD

  • Yeah! I remember the part about the witch(Although I didn't read the whole book yet). THE CROWD WAS SO FRIGGING IDIOTIC. They were trying to kill me instead of test me. I didn't have some of the items so I got killed.

  • Posted the trailer for the show as a video response, please tell me what u think!

  • I LOVED those old Final Fantasy books, Dungeon of Doom Baby!

  • Fighting

  • They're quite hard, tbonepearson! I borrowed a bunch from the library and could barely finish one of them successfully.

  • They are hard, I've been trying to collect them all though, loved them when I was a kid, still do, I've been rereading them for inspiration for my new youtube show SPELLFURY.

  • Hmmm, sounds quite neat, tbonepearson... I'm curious.

    :)

  • I've got the trailer and 2 episodes (very short) up on my channel, tell me what you think!

Tracked down a video game emulator and played deathtrap dungeon today, it was based on a fighting fantasy novel, it was sorta cool. Cheers.

  • I use to have two of those "Choose your own Adventure" books! It was Mario and Zelda... I miss them. Nice vid.

  • Mario and Zelda? Lucky!

  • if you want i can teach you spanish....hmmmm? private lessons??? lol

  • haha, sounds interesting, adrianarulz!

  • I love how after ur entire rant u suddently relized with touch of embarrassment how ur nerdy side completly leaked out then u turn around and OWN ur nerdy-ness!.. LOL "U PASS THE FINAL TEST!" LOL

  • Ya, I'm bad for leaking the nerdiness. I often wear my nerd vest.

    :D

  • I was acctualy entertained. I was shuffling and dealing black jack (trying to learn how to count cards) and I was so involved with ur story that I shuffled half the deck face up and didnt even know it! Imagine the confusion on my face when I looked down and fan the deck out like WTF! LOL.

  • haha, awesome. Now that's something I like to hear, 6shades! Thank you!

    :)

  • Maybe I'll save you a lock, katy1423

  • wow. epic story

  • haha, I dunno about that, Lexyphanic!

  • That sounds like an awesome adventure book. The only ones I remember from when I was younger were the crappy ones that within 5 moves either way the story ended.

I'm definitely going to be e-baying this book...

  • You should actually check them out at your Library, infeatheredeyes. That's where I found mine!

  • ayyyy papi dont be sad , i'll teach u spanish , u r sooooo sexy and cute , and i like ur videos ADIOOSSSS

  • haha, oh my. Thanks CEZNAFERNANDEZ!

  • I've read a few of those choose your own adventure books a very long time ago. Completely forgotten about it until just now.

  • Long time no talk, MyHappySock!

    :)

  • Ahh I like your long videos and the first adventure book you talk about sounds like World of Warcraft.

  • xD I couldn't hear anything lol.

    Well I mean I heard you xD but I don't hear any music D;

  • haha, I know. The mic didn't pick up the music!

    :(

  • Ah well that thing that you didn't have the salamander potion ._. that sucked xD

  • I know! And then when I tried again with my sister, we did so much more and ended up in the SAME spot, needing the dumb potion!

  • go learn the language its yankavitch and your a stupid dum idiot i wish you were like a women cause you look like stanly spenelsky go eat some dairy

  • Wow. Thanks for the laugh, crammer100. PS: It's "Yankovic". I know, I know, I shouldn't correct you, but rather stick to eating my dairy. Mmm, mmm, mmm, so good.

  • "i wish you were like a women"

You're classic. If you insult someone in the future about grammar or spelling make sure yours is error free.

    Got your back Matt! xD

  • Thanks Gavin669!

    :)

  • ehh i was never a big fan of R.L. Stine's books.

  • dude i LOVE that movie it's so cool and funny

  • You should pick up the DVD, HappyBowzer!

  • hehheh well that sounded like a great book... maybe i can get it in norway....urh.. i hate it to when i cant sleep

  • Yes, not sleeping sucks, SessanTunsberg.

    :(

  • SUPPLIES!

  • haha :)

  • It's not stupid!! LMAO I so love love LOVE that movie! And you are too adorable.

You should look into R. L. Stine. Readers beware, you choose the scare. I grew up with those. You have like 20 possible endings.

I have a crap load of his books still.... some where like at my rents house I think. I used to collect them. LMAO.

  • Ya, I really had no idea he did those kinds of books. I just remember Goosebumps, jvandergriff88

  • I had one of those books, it was for mario. It was pretty strange.

  • ooo, a Mario book like that would be awesome!

  • please cut ur hair!! and u will b soooo hott!!

  • haha, just imagine me without hair, izzyavebabe3 .

    Imagine me baaallldddd.

    :D

  • haha nice story - i used to read choose your own adventure too, so i know exactly what you're talking about (although i never came across the fighting fantasy series)... i remember thinking that every other *choice* almost always turned into a death path.

i'm glad to see you haven't completely abandoned your youtube fans for WoW :)

  • Ya, I'm currently raiding in WoW, NickelSamurai , so I'm running out of things to do. I *could* grind for rep and the dragon mount, but I'm sort of sick of grinding. You should give the Fighting Fantasy books a try. They're hard!

  • haha great video.

i used to read books like that by RL stine they were always good for entertainment only i cheated if i didnt like where the story was going.

I love UHF i think i have it around here.. or i might have lost it.. i will have to look

  • I thought RL Stine wrote the Goosebump books, MattG124....or did he also do Choose Your Own Adventure styles?

  • he had a few choose your own adventure goose bump books. I loved goosebumps

  • Oops...Jack (my cat) just rested his head on the keyboard and posted that unfinished comment. LOL I liked UHF, my favorite line in the movie is...SUP-LIES! That book sounds fun...it's the forerunner to a lot of video games. Good to see you, been a long time. :)

  • haha, I responded to your unfinished comment, Illuminatta. I thought that was all you wrote. Ya, "Sup-lies" was pretty clever. Crazy Jack!

  • i LIKE

  • delicious.

    :D

  • i only watch the commentaries when one (or more) of the actors is doing it. i enjoy hearing their side of things. like, "oh this happened the day we shot this" or "this scene was very difficult for me because..." etc. it interests me because i want to be in films so i kinda feel like i'm studying up for my profession hehe.

    p.s. i see you soon...excited? :P

  • Course I'm excited!

    :)

  • Just curious, do people often tell you that you are weird? You remind me a lot of someone I know. She's supremely creative, but everyone just says to her, "you're weird."

    Linds

  • Linds, I think I encourage people to call me weird, if anything. I do have some weird...tendencies....

  • I think it is more acceptable for men to be "weird" than it is for women. If you are a weird man, it can be kind of cool and attractive. Conversely, if you are a weird woman, you should be pushing a shopping cart home. (in general)

  • Hola y tenga un buen noche hoy...

    That's Spanish.

    Latin would be:

    Salve et acquires somnum hodie.

UHF is a funny movie. Can't always tell what Al is trying to make a parody of- well Rambo was a bit more obvious... - but the absurdity is quite humorous.

I tried to read a book like that, it is annoying how every choice practically leads to immediate death... as if it reflected reality.

Hope you get some sleep and that the mariachis break it up soon. God bless.

    Ben Fournier

  • haha, thank you Ben.

Ya, I think it was Latin. I liked the Indy part at the beginning of the movie. That was unexpected.

    :)

  • I don't know why but watching your videos is awesome dude. I have been subscribed to you for months now. I anticipate all your news videos. im hoping they'll be more to come.

  • Oh wow, thank you, Gavin669. I'm glad you like my crazy self!

    :)

  • I liked those books too, I'll have to try to locate a copy of the one you were talking about. Did you cut your hair, or is it all just tied back?

  • It's just tied back, Odidnetne.

    :)

  • I used to watch the commentaries on every movie I bought. Comedies tend to have better commentary than dramatic movies cuz the actors have a better sense of humor.

I've never heard of an RPG choose your own adventure before. That's pretty cool. I was the kind of person who would save each choice so I could go back and make sure I read every outcome. I guess it's the same part of my personality that buys strategy guides for video games so I can make sure to play as much of it as possible.

  • Some commentaries are just sooooo terrible...ugh. Ya, the last Choose Your Own Adventure book I read was really trippy, ramltfaw. One of the endings involved oil coming out of a magic painting.

  • 1st comment. I've never gotten the chance to say that before.

  • haha, congrats, B2kishot87. Did you even watch the video?
