also beeing pay to play only limits the number of griefers in online games,and also ensures that the game will be constantly gaining new content over time.

can be made a mix of f2p and p2p on a single map and p2p on all others,so ppl will know what they will be spending money on.

free trial preiod would be bad again because it leaves room for griefers.

The creator of this game/company is Jake Song. He produced mainly all NA titles and created his own MMO back in 1998 called Lineage. He also help deliver Guild Wars and other NCSoft titles. With that said, Jake Song himself has already said he had a couple interested NA publishers, but he wont make a decision until the game is completely ready by his standards.

No details on pricing yet , but fan community says and mostly prefer P2P - not sure though ,but giving the size of game , it's complexity and features almost surely will be. Too early to tell aboout details.

It is gonna be Korean paystyle in Korea/ Asia.

For you information this game is designed with western markets in mind from beggining and western fan communities are in contact with developers since beggining , they are invited and participate in closed betas and have their questions gathered in western fan community answered by developers.

So I advise you to gain basic 101 info about ArcheAge before you start writing again.

Why is this considered sandbox. They're probably clicking specific points in a model in order to progress the build. It's not like they're designing the house step by step.

I do like player housing that is customizable, which is one of the really neat features of UO. But, no game has 'that' kind of customization right now.

here, let me remind you. House construction is in Lord of the rings online, in Age of Conan, in Ultima online, in Lineage 2 some sort of house (clan hall).

Only wow perhaps doesnt have house construction.

There is guild house construction - you can add furniture, and customize the house u bought, you noob. and i played lineage 2 for 6 years. There are clan halls in lineage 2. You can set out decorations for the clan hall, or you can siege it. it is a home for your guild too.

No, there is no house contruction in, f.e., LOTRO. You can bye houses, but you can't contruct one.
